Overview
senSEi runs across two surfaces that share a single workspace. The mobile app is built for capture — recording live calls and jotting quick notes wherever you are. The webapp provides structure, analysis, and pipeline visibility back at your desk. Everything you record on mobile appears automatically in the webapp, where the AI agents take over.
Recording a live call
Open the senSEi mobile app and tap Record before your call begins. The app transcribes the conversation in real time and displays the live transcript on screen. You can add a note or tag mid-call without stopping the recording.
How sync works
When the recording ends, the session automatically appears in the Meetings page of the webapp under the linked opportunity. The full transcript is attached, and the meeting is tagged as a mobile recording. No manual import or upload is needed.
What the AI does next
As soon as the session syncs, the Post-Meeting agent runs automatically:
- Extracts action items and creates Kanban board card suggestions
- Extracts Command of the Message fields (PBO, IP, Champion, etc.) and proposes updates to the linked opportunity
- Drafts a personalised follow-up email and places it in your Agent Inbox for review
All suggestions wait for your approval — nothing is written until you click Accept.
Quick note capture
Between calls, tap the quick-note button on the home screen to jot a thought, observation, or follow-up idea. Notes sync to the notebook immediately and are available in the webapp within seconds.
Setup
The mobile app uses the same account and organisation as the webapp. Search for senSEi on the App Store or Google Play and install the app. Log in with your existing senSEi credentials — no separate account or configuration is needed. Your workspace loads instantly.
